來澳洲之前，對於澳洲完全不了解的我，在澳洲短短三個多月後，對於澳洲英語和自己熟系的美國英語有那麼多的不同，感到非常驚豔！對於語言學習超熱衷的我，很勤勞地在我的手機做了筆記，跟你們分享！

到現在，我還是無法自然地使用這些澳洲英語單字，但是能聽得懂，也是覺得很新奇！

澳洲英語單字

daggy = tacky 太不注重外表的，衣著太過不時髦的
It’s woop woop = in the middle of nowhere 鳥不生蛋的地方
ocker=occa= Bogan =hicks 有點像鄉巴佬的意思
op shop=thrift shop 二手店
thongs=flip flops 夾腳拖

regio=regio number=registration number=license plate number 車牌號碼
chuck on the light = turn on the light 打開燈 （澳洲chuck這個動詞常聽到）
hit the frog and toad=go straight down 直直走
get on the piss = get drunk 喝醉
pissed = wasted 爛醉
alcohol = grog, piss 酒精飲料
wet suits= wettie 潛水衣

swimmers=swimming suits 游泳衣
sunnies=sun glasses 太陽眼鏡
singlet=tank top 吊嘎，小可愛
roadhouse = truck station 公路上的大卡車休息站
Woolworth=Woolies 澳洲Woolworth這間超市
darts = cigarette = durry 香菸
billy=kettle 熱水壺（澳洲人家裡都會有一個快速加熱的熱水壺，泡茶用）
snag = sausage 香腸
toasty = toasted sandwich 熱的三明治（澳洲比美國多加熱烤過的三明治，我超愛！）
pram=stroller 娃娃車

fuckall=nothing （請搜尋Youtube影片找對話範例）
I’m not too fussed about it. = I’m not too worried about it. 我沒有很在意/擔心。
How you going = how is it going 打招呼用語
I’m only young=I’m still young 我還年輕
power points = plugs 插座
What a good feed. = What a feast. 大餐
That’s dear = That’s expensive 很貴
bush walking=hiking 爬山健行 （紐西蘭說tramping，英國說trekking） 

澳洲英語溝通習慣

Sweet as 對話結尾常會出現，有點像美語的Cool。

Yous 有點像是美語的you guys，會出現在”How are yous?”，或是”What did yous have for dinner?”這些句子裡。

在澳洲，若是你請店員幫忙，他幫忙完之後你說完Thank you，他們不會回答You’re welcome或是No problem，他們會說You’re alright。

在美語中cunt是非常嚴重的髒話，可是我注意到澳洲人用cunt這個字稍微隨興一點，像是我老公跟我分享他在搭便車時，聽到載他的澳洲人這樣跟他說：I used to have a big speaker. It was a big cunt. 也有澳洲人跟我分享，有時候他們很熟的朋友之間，如果說對方是He’s a good cunt，是稱讚的意思。

在澳洲，如果你和澳洲人一起計畫一件事情，或是一起要約出門，如果他們喜歡你的建議或提議，他們最常說”Easy”，在美國不會這樣說，就只會說”That’s a good plan”。
