食材:
- 綠花椰、紅色青椒、香菜,或是你自己喜歡吃的蔬菜
- 火腿肉 (素食者可不用)
- 滾水 (一個馬克杯份量)
- 古斯米 (跟水同一個馬克杯的一杯的份量)
- 橄欖油
- 新鮮檸檬汁或萊姆汁
- 少許鹽和胡椒
- 你喜歡的香料
Ingredients:
- Some broccoli, red pepper, cilantro, or any veggies you like.
- Ham (optional)
- Boiling hot water (1 mug)
- Coucous (1 mug, use the same mug that you use to measure the water)
- Olive Oil
- Fresh lime or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper or other spices
煮法 Cooking Instructions:
- 把水加鹽煮滾。Boil the water with salt.
- 水滾後加進古斯米和香料,關火,古斯米蓋著悶5-10分鐘。After the water boils, add in the couscous and the spices. Turn off the stove. Cover the couscous for 5-10 minutes.
- 把蔬菜和火腿切丁,稍微川燙一下。Dice the veggies and ham. Blanch them if you’d like.
- 把古斯米和蔬菜、火腿加在一起攪拌。Add the veggies, ham to couscous. Stir.
- 最後淋上一些橄欖油和萊姆汁/檸檬汁。Drizzle some olive oil and lime/lemon juice at the end.
- 喜歡胡椒粉的也可以最後撒一點。Add some black pepper if you’d like.
